What we collect

Data you submit in our forms: name, company, email, phone, country, delivery address for samples, and the details of your request.

Website analytics without cookies (Plausible): aggregated page views, referrers, device type and country. No personal profiles are built.

Why and on what legal basis

To answer and fulfil B2B enquiries — our legitimate interest and steps prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

To process your request on the basis of your consent, given in the form (art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Processors and transfers

We use service providers for email delivery (Resend), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), hosting and analytics (Plausible). Some are located outside the EU; transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Form submissions are delivered to our export team through a private Telegram group (Telegram Messenger Inc.).
